Damage Policy
Any
picture or piece of artwork damaged in shipment will be replaced
at no charge to the customer.
That’s My Shot will handle all damage claims with the
carrier and ask only that you hold the damaged item for the
carrier to pick up.
Instructions:
- Please
accept the shipment in its entirety,
including the damaged cartons.

Retain all
shipping cartons and packing materials for
inspection by the carrier.

Please call thatsmyshot.com customer
service at
(888)
300-3471 within 7 days of
receiving the shipment so we can make
arrangements for the carrier to come out and
inspect and pickup the shipment.
