      ·         How do I order?

Either click on the “Order Now” links at the bottom of the individual product pages, or click the “Order Now” button at the top of the screen. Once you have uploaded a picture, you will choose from our production options. When you're satisfied with your choices, you'll be prompted to provide payment and shipping information. You will then receive an e-mail confirmation.

·         How do I upload images?

There is an "Upload Photo" button at the top of the order page. Simply press that button to get started, and follow the easy prompts.

·         What type of file do you need?

JPEG files generally work best, but other formats may be acceptable. We prefer 300 dpi and RGB format, regardless of file type. All uploaded photos are evaluated by our staff before production begins, and we will contact you if there are any questions about your file.

·         Can I send you an actual picture rather than upload a file?

Yes! If you do not have access to a scanner, you can mail us your photo and we’ll scan it for you. Your original print will be returned to you along with your order. Click here to request a free mail pack, which includes instructions, an order form, and a postage-paid return envelope.

·         What if I want a picture size that's not listed?

While we offer the most popular sizes for art prints, we can custom-print any size! Simply select the "Custom Size" option on your order form, and enter the size in the provided box.

·         What if my picture has defects or is damaged?

We offer many retouching options to make sure your art print is one you'll be proud to hang on your wall. Your order form also has space for you to give us specific instructions. As always, if there's a question about what you want, we will contact you before production.

·         Can you restore old photos?

Yes we can! Simply tell us what you'd like us to do. Both our online and direct mail order forms have space for you to give us specific instructions. Rest assured, if we have questions, we’ll contact you before we start production to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order.

·         How do I know my picture will look good with the options I've chosen?

We evaluate every image with regards to the final product you've ordered. If there are any questions about the quality of the finished product, we will contact you with suggestions so you're 100% satisfied.

·         Can I get my picture framed?

Absolutely! Check out our selection of quality frames.

Please note: Currently, frames are only available with the Art Canvas product.

·         What guarantees do you offer?

We want you to be a completely satisfied customer who is happy to order from us time and time again. A complete list of your guarantees can be found on our Policies pages.

·         Do you work with professional photographers?

Of course! Professional photographers and studios should check out our Pro Portal for information on discounts and affiliate programs.

·         What is Giclee printing?

"Giclée" (zhee-klay) is a French word meaning a spray of liquid. High-resolution digital files are printed with archival inks onto canvas, acrylic, or vinyl. The giclee process uses 8- to 12-color ink-jet printers, giving better color accuracy than other means of printing. Digital images can be reproduced at almost any size and onto various media with this method.

·         Which gallery wrap option is right for me?

When choosing a “Full Image” wrap, it is very important to be sure that your picture has enough ‘background’ to be wrapped around the frame – at least 3” on each side at print size. Otherwise, your subject will be cut off when the canvas is stretched. A “Mirror Image” wrap duplicates the outer 1”-2” on each side of your picture, and flips the duplicated sections to fill the wrapped edges. A “Solid Color” wrap places your full picture on the front of the canvas. We always double-check every order before production, and will contact you if your choice of wrapping does not work with your photo.
